altium match schematic library to footprint pad

Here I have seen that they do have most of the ICs I checked (I still have to check whether they have a good variety of passive components) and the price sounds acceptable (1$/part on demand or 100 parts per month at 120$/year). From a paid service like PCB Footprint Expert.

I checked it and they appear to be a very friendly and nice community but I have tried some common part numbers, like some OPAM from TI and the part was not included in the library.

From kinda less free libraries like Celestial altium library.

In their website they state for every part whether it has been checked or not, but I wonder whether it is reliable or prone to errors. Here the concern would be to have errors in the parts due to a variety of reasons. Has anyone had any manufacturing issues with fp created like this? Also, what density do you select when using this feature? A lot of the information can be found from the part's datasheet, however I wonder how much can you rely on the default parameters which are not explicitly stated in the datasheet, like some of the tolerances.

From scratch without any support - requiring an expertise which I don't have plus I suspect this would be fairly slower.
